Component Assembly

We have climate controlled plant areas specifically designed for clean assembly requirements.  This eliminates the problems typically associated with airborne contaminants in a metal manufacturing environment.  DTMP’s attention to detail and quality is part of our overall commitment to exceed your expectations.

Painting and Finishing

We provide full painting and finishing services, including:

  • 5-stage wash system with advanced RO treated sealant systems
  • Robotic powder paint systems with reclaim module
  • Multiple color capabilities
  • Variable line speed for large or small parts and various materials
  • Liquid paint outsourcing

Painting Equipment:

  • Nordson Electrostatic powder paint system

Bonderizing Equipment:

  • Five stage, 42" x 42" opening (conveyorized)
  • Wash Line (belt), Cincinnati, four stage, 12" x 36" opening
